Practicing outdoors adds a different dimension to one’s yoga practice. Yoga means “union” and when practiced outside, you can experience union with nature, humanity and the universe. Being outside deepens the yoga experience in many ways and helps focus awareness, breathe deeply and practice stillness. Please join us for these free classes at Festival Park on Monday evenings to find a deeper meaning to your yoga workout.

In addition to deep clean, projects include the replacement of the cardio area & tunnel flooring, refurbishing the wood floors and adding a fresh coat of paint in many of our activity areas. Recreation Center Memberships and Multi-Visit Passes will be valid at the MAC and the outdoor pools during the closure.
