You are invited to attend the first neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed common sign plan. This is a virtual meeting only. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have.

Project description

Confluence Companies is proposing a common sign plan for the mixed use project at 221 Wilcox St. The common sign plan will lay out the project identification signage and create standards for the future tenant signage.

This application will require a public hearing before the Design Review Board. This meeting has not been scheduled at this time.

General Neighborhood Meeting Information

• The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project
• Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
• All virtual participants may automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting. Instructions will be given during the meeting on how to participate

• Questions or comments will be accepted throughout the review process
