Neighborhood Meeting – Canyons Far South – Proposed Site Development Plan

You are invited to attend the first neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed Site Development Plan. This is a hybrid meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have.

Project description

Proposing a residential and commercial development on a 410 acre site to align with the recent annexation and zoning approval for 474 single family homes, 12.5 acres of commercial and over 217 acres of open space. The general location is southeast of the intersection of Crowfoot Valley Road and Founders Parkway.

This application will require a public hearing before the Planning Commission and Town Council. These meetings have not been scheduled at this time.

General Neighborhood Meeting Information

• The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project
• Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
• All virtual participants may automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting. Instructions will be given during the meeting on how to participate
• If you would like to submit feedback, please attend the meeting or contact the Applicant or Town of Castle Rock representative listed below
• Questions or comments will be accepted throughout the review process
