Neighborhood Meeting - Dunkin Donuts Proposed Site Development Plan - VIRTUAL MEETING

Virtual  Neighborhood Meeting: 6 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2022 

Dear Neighbor,

You are cordially invited to our neighborhood meeting regarding a Site Development Plan in your area for Dunkin Donuts. The purpose of the meeting is to share, answer any questions, and invite your feedback and participation on the project. The project is located at the northeast corner of the Founders Parkway and Aloha Drive. This meeting represents the 2^nd required neighborhood meeting and is required prior to formal submittal.

Project Information

Dunkin Donuts proposes to construct a one-story 1,850 sq. ft. building with a drive through, parking, and landscaping on a 1.13-acre site.
