HYBRID Neighborhood Meeting: Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021, 6 p.m.


Dear Neighbor,

You are cordially invited to our neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed Site Development Plan (SDP) in your area, known as, “Avilla at Founders Village”. This is the first neighborhood meeting for this proposed project and will take place on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021 at 6:00 PM MDT. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce the conceptual site plan, answer any questions, and listen to feedback. This meeting is the first of at least three neighborhood meetings required prior to scheduling any public hearings. You may participate in this meeting in-person or virtually via a Zoom webinar.


SDP Proposal

The Avilla at Founders Village project is located at the northwest corner of Mikelson Blvd and Mitchell Street consisting of a total of 9.3 acres of land. A total of 105 for-rent, single-family detached and attached (duplex) units are proposed. The project will feature homes fronting on common open spaces, sidewalk connections throughout the site, surface and enclosed parking spaces, ample landscaping, and on-site recreational and leisure amenities.

Information for Those Attending Virtually:
The neighborhood meeting will be held online using a Zoom webinar.

  • All virtual participants will automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting
  • Questions will be held until the end of the initial presentation by the project team
  • To ask a question (or make a comment) verbally, please use the "Raise Hand" function in Zoom
  • Those participating by phone may press *9
  • The project team will work down the list of questions and raised hands in order and activate the user’s audio one at a time to allow them to speak
  • Please be aware that the meeting will be recorded to ensure an accurate record of comments and questions about the project
