You are cordially invited to our neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed Site Development Plan (SDP) in your area, known as, “Avilla at Founders Village”. This is the first neighborhood meeting for this proposed project and will take place on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021 at 6:00 PM MDT. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce the conceptual site plan, answer any questions, and listen to feedback. This meeting is the first of at least three neighborhood meetings required prior to scheduling any public hearings. You may participate in this meeting in-person or virtually via a Zoom webinar.
The Avilla at Founders Village project is located at the northwest corner of Mikelson Blvd and Mitchell Street consisting of a total of 9.3 acres of land.
