No. Signs are prohibited in the public right of way or on Town-owned property, except for sandwich boards as described in the FAQ below. In an effort to keep Castle Rock beautiful, these signs will be removed when placed in a public right of way.

Town Municipal Code has never allowed these signs in the public right of way. Historically, we have removed these during the week but did not regularly provide enforcement on weekends. As part of an ongoing effort to keep our community clean and beautiful, Town Council has directed Town staff to remove any signs (real estate, garage sales, business advertising, lost pets, etc.) that are placed in a public right of way.
