COVID-19 Financial Assistance
Castle Rock Water cares about our customers and understands that many have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In response to these economic challenges, we have developed two customer assistance programs where the biggest impacts seem to be apparent, small businesses and residential customers.
For small businesses, the assistance totals $1,500 with a $750 loan payback and $750 that does not need to be paid back to Castle Rock Water. For residential customers the assistance totals $300with a $150 loan payback and $150 that does not need to be paid back to Castle Rock Water. These amounts were determined by calculating the three-month average monthly water bill for a typical small business and residential customer. Beginning March 13, 2020 and continuing through June 30, 2020, Castle Rock Water is not charging past due notice fees, late fees or returned payment fees nor conducting disconnections, due to non-payment. If the pandemic order extends beyond this date, Castle Rock Water will reassess the situation at that time. Castle Rock Water also has a short term payment agreement available for customers who might not meet the criteria of this COVID-19 customer assistance programs.
