The tree is up, the lights are strung, and it’s time to celebrate the holidays and make memories with our family, friends and community. The Season of The Star is a magical and joyous time of year in our Town.
It starts the Saturday before Thanksgiving with the beloved Starlighting celebration hosted in Downtown by the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by the Town. Festivities run from 2 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19, and the Starlighting ceremony begins at 5 p.m. More information is available at castlerock.org/castle-rock-starlighting.
Keep an eye on The Rock as The Star comes to light at approximately 5:30 p.m. with fireworks following immediately. The Star will light up our holiday season until it's turned off as the National Western Stock Show concludes in January.
But Starlighting is just the beginning. Make sure you experience all that Castle Rock’s Season of The Star has to offer. Join us for a family friendly holiday event or grab your mittens and scarves and enjoy a stroll, drive or trolley ride through the Town’s seasonal Downtown light displays. Just don’t miss your opportunity for family photos, community spirit and good cheer.
