Recent rain has improved fire risk conditions in Castle Rock, leading the Town to lift the Stage 1 fire restrictions that had been in place since April 21, 2022.
Acting on authority granted by Town Council, Town Manager David L. Corliss and Fire and Rescue Chief Norris Croom III lifted all fire restrictions Thursday, July 28.
The Town will continue to monitor conditions and implement restrictions again if necessary.
