The summer fun has just begun. If you’re looking to kick off the season on a health-centered foot, the Town has several options. Whether it’s conquering the 200-step Challenge Hill at Philip S. Miller Park, or popping in for a free class at The Amphitheater, make sure you’re taking advantage of these summer fitness opportunities.
Free Fitness Fridays
On select Fridays June through August, come to The Amphitheater to enjoy Free Fitness Fridays. Open to all fitness levels, this series offers a different fitness format from 8 to 9 a.m. each week. Bring the whole family and check out a class taught by the Town’s amazing fitness staff.
Free Yoga in the Park / Yoga in Festival Park

- Yoga in Festival Park, Monday, May 30, through Monday, Aug. 29, 6:30-7:30 p.m., Festival Park
- Yoga in the Park, Sunday, June 5, through Sunday, Aug. 28, 9-10 a.m., The Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park
