Fresh produce at the farmers markets is a sure sign the summer season has arrived. Enjoy warm temperatures and seasonal goods at the Festival Park Farmers Market. The market opens Sunday, May 9.
The Festival Park Farmers Market, hosted by the Local Colorado, will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Sunday through September. Don’t miss locally raised meats, farm-fresh eggs, a variety of fresh produce from five local farms, Colorado western slope fruit, delicious baked goods, artisan-made products and more from nearly 40 vendors.
“We all want to enjoy the summer season,” said Parks and Recreation Director Jeff Brauer. “The Festival Park Farmers Market will be a great way for residents to get outside, enjoy the warm weather and support the local community.”
The Local Colorado hosts premier farmers markets including those in neighboring Parker and at the Southlands Shopping Center. Support local business and agriculture while getting outside, meeting neighbors and enjoying delicious local fare.
