Effective Friday, Nov. 20, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment will move Douglas County, including Castle Rock, to the more restrictive Level Red on the State's COVID-19 Dial Framework, based on Douglas County’s percent of positive cases; the amount of cases in a two-week period; and hospitalization rates related to COVID-19.
