What if by helping yourself you could help others? With a workout that is more than just a good sweat, you can. Join us on Saturday, June 8 from 8 to 10 a.m. for the first ever Summer Fitness Frenzy – a fundraising event to raise money for the Town’s Adaptive Recreation program.
As you move through a series of four classes, you will experience strength, cardio, dance and yoga in 30-minute intervals. This event is a great way to experience some of the different fitness formats offered by the Castle Rock Recreation Center, in the beautiful, outdoor setting of the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park.
This event is free to the public and donations will be accepted in support of Adaptive Recreation. The Adaptive Recreation program works to provide recreational activities to those with developmental and physical disabilities.
Pre-registration is recommended for this event. Register today at CRgov.com/registration, under the special events category.
