Exercising outside is beneficial to your mind and body. Throughout the summer months, we are gathering as a community to share our love of fitness, at no cost to you. Regardless of level or experience, we are offering two hours a week of family-friendly fitness and yoga classes.
Get outside and come sweat with us Friday and Sunday mornings all summer long. From May 31 to Aug. 30, the Town will host the Summer Fitness Series at the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park.
Meet us at 8 a.m. each Friday for a chance to try a new workout. From Zumba to Boot Camp and Cardio, you are sure to get a total body workout during the course of an hour, while enjoying the summer sun.
In addition to Fridays, join us at 9 a.m. Sunday mornings for free yoga in the park. Inner Connections Yoga will lead the one-hour class for all levels. Sunday yoga classes begin June 2 and run until Aug. 25.
Classes are open to all fitness levels, and the whole family is welcome. For a full list of class dates and details, visit CRgov.com/SummerFitness. Please note, no class will be held Friday, July 5.
