The community’s voice is a valuable resource to the Town. Every other year, a survey is conducted about Town services, including public safety, roads, parks and more. Through March 31, residents can provide the Town feedback by completing a survey at CRgov.com/survey.
Last month, thousands of Castle Rock households were randomly selected to participate in the survey, along with all Town-licensed businesses. The same survey is now available to all who wish to participate.
The resident survey available now is identical to the resident survey distributed in February, so those who already answered do not need to resubmit information. The questionnaire takes about 30 minutes to complete.
In a growing community, the Town recognizes that the perspective of residents and business owners is crucial to future planning. Results from the survey help the Town to monitor its performance over time and are used for future budgets and plans. A presentation of the results will be given to Town Council in April, and the final report will be published online at CRgov.com/2019survey.
