Castle Rock Police are investigating a suspicious death from over the weekend, and need the public’s help locating a vehicle of interest.
Around 5:49 p.m. Sunday, April 1, police responded to the 100 block of Prairie Hawk Drive in Castle Rock. A citizen called police when an unresponsive male was discovered lying on the ground near the roadway. The victim, a 37 year old white male of Castle Rock, was transported to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Police are searching for a vehicle that was observed in the area just prior to the time the victim was discovered. The vehicle is described as a white SUV with multiple stickers displayed on the vehicle’s rear windows. It’s important to note, police believe this was an isolated incident, and there is not a threat to the public at this time.
