Virtual meeting


You are invited to attend the second neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed Site Development Plan at 218 Front St. This is a virtual meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have.

Project description

A proposed two-story, 2800 square foot office building. The building is proposed to have a residential appearance, taking inspiration from the bungalow and farmhouse style homes in the Craig and Gould neighborhood; to include front and back yards with a porch and deck. Parking is proposed in the rear, off the alley.

This application will require a public hearing before the Historic Preservation Board, Planning Commission, and Town Council. These meetings have not been scheduled at this time.


General neighborhood meeting information

  • The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project
  • Following will be an opportunity for questions and answers. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
  • If you would like to submit feedback, please attend the meeting or contact the participants listed below 
  • Questions or comments can also be submitted throughout the review process
  • Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentations and once public comment period has been opened. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
