Neighborhood Meeting – Perry Street Social - Proposed Downtown Site Development Plan Amendment

You are invited to attend the first neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed Downtown Site Development Plan Amendment. This is a virtual meeting only. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have.

Project description

Perry Street Social, located at the north east corner of Fourth and Perry Streets, is proposing an amendment to their approved Site Development Plan.  The proposed amendment would remove the ice rink and associated shade structure and replace it with a traditional dining patio. The amendment also calls for the proposed Tap House building to be shifted further away from the north property line of the property.

This application will require a public hearing before the Design Review Board. This meeting has not been scheduled at this time.

General neighborhood meeting information

• The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project
• Opportunities for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
• All virtual participants may automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting. Instructions will be given during the meeting on how to participate
