Neighborhood Meeting – Pioneer Landscaping Proposed Rezoning

You are invited to attend the first neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed rezoning. This is a virtual meeting only. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have.

Project description

A proposed rezoning to allow landscape material sales and storage as a permitted use on approximately 6.5 acres of vacant land located at the northeast corner of S. Wilcox St and Brookside Circle. The project will include an office, a display area, and material bays.  

This application will require public hearings before the Planning Commission and Town Council. These meetings have not been scheduled at this time.

General neighborhood meeting information

• The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project
• Opportunities for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
• All virtual participants may automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting. Instructions will be given during the meeting on how to participate
• If you would like to submit feedback, please attend the meeting or contact the Applicant or Town of Castle Rock representative listed below
• Questions or comments will be accepted throughout the review process
