You are invited to attend the third neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed Site Development Plan. This is a virtual meeting only. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have.

Project description
The applicant is proposing a new McDonald’s restaurant with a drive-thru. The proposed building is approximately 5,140 square feet and is located at the corner of Aloha Street and State Highway 86.

This application will require a public hearing before the Planning Commission and Town Council. These meetings have not been scheduled at this time.
General neighborhood meeting information
- The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project
- Opportunities for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so
- All virtual participants may automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting. Instructions will be given during the meeting on how to participate

- Questions or comments will be accepted throughout the review process
