You are invited to attend the first neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed downtown site development plan and historic landmark alteration certificate. This is a virtual only meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have.

Project description
The proposed plan consists of a 1,316 square-foot building addition to connect the existing garage and main house and add a small deck at 203 North Perry Street, located on the northwest corner of Second and Perry Streets. The addition would be used for classrooms and kitchen space. The Little School on Perry Street is planning to provide weekday child care services to the community as well as date night child care on Friday and Saturday nights and weekend special events.
This application will require a public hearing before the Design Review Board and Historic Preservation Board. These meetings have not been scheduled at this time.

General neighborhood meeting information
- The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project.
- Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so.
- All virtual participants may automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting. Instructions will be given during the meeting on how to participate.

- Questions or comments will be accepted throughout the review process.
