Update from event organizer, Downtown Castle Rock: Movie in the Park at Festival Park in Downtown Castle Rock scheduled for June 3 at 5 p.m. has been canceled due to continued rain and thunderstorms.
After much discussion with community leaders and staff we feel it is the upmost important to keep our community, vendors, and entertainment providers safe. This decision did not come lightly, and we appreciate your support.
Free music and a family-friendly movie projected on the big screen in Festival Park. Bands begin performing at 5:00 PM and the featured movie of the night will begin at dusk, around 8:30 PM. We encourage attendees to arrive early, bring a chair, blanket and enjoy the pre-movie entertainment, food trucks, local breweries and vendor booths.
