You are invited to attend the third neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed site development plan. This is a virtual meeting only. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share the final plans that will be presented to Planning Commission and Town Council, and answer any questions you might have.

Project Description

The site plan proposes a 200-unit affordable senior housing multifamily community. The community will consist of a single, 4-story building with wings designed around a central courtyard.  One- and two-bedroom units will be offered as a “For Lease” product. Two access drives from Timber Mill Parkway are proposed. Interior drive aisles provide emergency access to all sides of the building. The property is within the Meadows Planned Development, Amendment 4, and is zoned to allow senior housing as a use by right.

This application requires a public hearing before the Planning Commission and Town Council. Information on future public hearings can be found on our Public Notices calendar should you like to attend.

  • The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project. 
  • Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so. 
  • If you would like to submit feedback, please attend the meeting or contact the Applicant or Town of Castle Rock representative listed below. 
  • Questions or comments will be accepted throughout the review process.
