Virtual and In-person (hybrid) Meeting Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2023, 6 p.m.

You are invited to attend the first neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed site development plan for a proposed conversion of the La Quinta hotel to multi-family apartments for Wellspring Community. This is a hybrid meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have.

Project Description

Wellspring Community is proposing to convert the existing 63-unit, 3 story La Quinta Inn hotel to a housing facility with 15 studio and 27 one-bedroom apartments on the 1.49-acre site at 884 Park Street. This facility would become a housing option for adults with intellectual and development disabilities as well as non-disabled individuals. The property is located east of Park Street and south of Wolfensberger Road. 

This application will require a public hearing before the Planning Commission and Town Council. These meetings have not been scheduled at this time.

General Neighborhood Meeting Information

• The meeting will begin with the applicant giving a presentation on the proposed project. 
• Opportunity for questions and answers will be available after the presentation. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so. 
• If you would like to submit feedback, please attend the meeting or contact the Applicant or Town of Castle Rock representative listed below. 
• Questions or comments will be accepted throughout the review process.
