Virtual Neighborhood Meeting:  Thursday, Jan. 5, 2023, 5:00 PM 

 You are invited to attend the second neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed site development plan for a proposed addition to Scileppi’s restaurant. This is a virtual meeting only. The purpose of this meeting is for the applicant to share information about the proposal, take feedback, and answer any questions you might have.

Project Description

Scileppi’s, located at 210 Third St, is proposing a 6,189 square foot expansion to the east side of the existing building. The expansion includes 3,092 square foot expansion of the main floor and 2,891 square foot expansion of the basement. The expansion will accommodate a new kitchen and Slice Works will be relocated from the west side of the building to the new expansion. A new patio will be located in front of the expansion. Employee parking will be added behind the building as part of the project.

  • Following will be an opportunity for questions and answers. All participants who wish to speak will be given the opportunity to do so

  • Questions or comments can also be submitted throughout the review process
