Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Anthony Chin and Irene Chin for a Use by Special Review to build a detached 1,112 square foot accessory dwelling unit located behind the existing home. Detached accessory dwelling units require approval from Town Council through the Use by Special Review process. Public hearings before the Planning Commission and Town Council will be required. Neighborhood meetings were held on Aug. 31, 2022 and on Nov. 14, 2022.

In-PersonPlanning Commission will hold an in-person public hearing on said application at 6 p.m. Dec. 8, 2022 at the Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, Town Council Chambers – 2nd Floor, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado.
