Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for design review by Kevin and Melanie Vezzani.
The applicant/owner would like to demolish the old detached garage on the west and build a new, 2-story addition onto the existing house in its place. An addition to the south west corner of the residence is also proposed.
The Historic Preservation Board will consider the request for the design review at a public hearing to be held in a hybrid format, meaning both in-person and virtual attendance is offered. All interested persons are invited to attend.

The Historic Preservation Board will hold an in-person public hearing on said application at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022 at the Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, Town Council Chambers – 2nd Floor, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado.
