You are invited to attend, either in person or virtually, a neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed Site Development Plan in your area known as “Affinity at Castle Rock 55+ Apartments”. This is the second neighborhood meeting for this proposed project. The purpose of this neighborhood meeting is to share the proposed site development plan, highlight changes made to the plan since the first neighborhood meeting was held, obtain your feedback, and answer any questions you may have. The project is 6.8 acres in size and is located south of the intersection of Regent Street and Meadows Parkway.
The Affinity at Castle Rock 55+ Apartments project is a proposed active adult, 55+ age restricted development of 174 units contained in one 4-story apartment building. Also proposed are 273 parking spaces, either covered or surface stalls, as well as other site amenities. The building will be elevator serviced with interior corridors. The unit mix consists of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. All units offer an open floor plan with a full-size washer/dryer, in-unit storage, and free satellite TV and wireless internet. On-site amenities will include a theater room, fitness center, game room, pub, golf simulator, indoor pool, workshop, and community garden.

Additionally, the current Site Development Plan submittal documents are available on the Town’s website at www.crgov.com/DevelopmentActivityMap.
