Public Hearing – Demolition of a Structure built before 1945  Lot 4A, Block 11, Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado 414 North Perry Street - HYBRID MEETING

Virtual and In-Person Historic Preservation Board: Wednesday, July 6, 2022, 6:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to demolish the building addressed as 414 N. Perry St. The applicants/owners would like to demolish the existing building, part of which was built around 1930, to accommodate future development on the property. The property is on the north east corner of Perry Street and 4^th Street. The subject building is located adjacent of the ice rink pavilion to the north.

The Historic Preservation Board will hold an in-person public hearing on said application at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6 at the Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, Town Council Chambers – 2^nd Floor, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado.
