Virtual and In-Person Historic Preservation Board: Wednesday, July 6, 2022, 6:00 P.M.
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to demolish the building addressed as 414 N. Perry St. The applicants/owners would like to demolish the existing building, part of which was built around 1930, to accommodate future development on the property. The property is on the north east corner of Perry Street and 4th Street. The subject building is located adjacent of the ice rink pavilion to the north.

The Historic Preservation Board will hold an in-person public hearing on said application at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6 at the Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, Town Council Chambers – 2nd Floor, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado.
