Dear Neighbor,

You are invited to a neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed amendment to the approved Final PD Site Plan for a portion of the Meadows Filing 16, Parcel 6.  This is the second neighborhood meeting for the proposed project and will follow a hybrid format allowing for meeting attendance either in person or virtually through a simultaneous Webex webinar.  The neighborhood meeting will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at 6 pm at the Grange located at 3692 Meadows Blvd, Castle Rock, CO, 80109.   

The purpose of this neighborhood meeting is to share the revisions to the proposed site development plan since the first neighborhood meeting and answer any questions you may have.  Within this notice, you will find a vicinity map and three exhibits comparing the layouts of the approved Final PD Site Plan, the site plan presented at the first neighborhood meeting and the current proposed site plan amendment for Meadows Filing 16, Parcel 6.  The project is located on the north side of Coachline Road, approximately one-half mile northwest of the intersection of East Wolfensberger Road and Coachline Road.  


Project Information

The revised site plan amendment proposes 77 single-family detached lots with an average lot size of 8,400 square feet (0.19 ac.), preserves approximately 60% of the residential planning area as open space and adds additional buffer between the Red Hawk Golf Course boundary and the rear lot lines in Filing 16, Parcel 6.

  • Questions will be taken first from the in-person attendees, and then from participants joining virtually or by phone
