National Senior Health & Fitness Day

Join us for National Senior Health & Fitness Day, the nation's largest health and wellness event. Here in Castle Rock we'll be celebrating with three walk offerings along East Plum Creek Trail leaving from Festival Park. These instructor led walks will have three staggered start times throughout the morning 9, 9:30, and 10 a.m. Distance of each walk will vary from 2-3 miles.
