Virtual Neighborhood Meeting: Monday, May 2, 2022


Dear Neighbor,

You are cordially invited to our first neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed project in your area for a Site Development Plan Amendment for Eternal Rock Evangelical Lutheran Church, located at 2 Phelps St. This is the first neighborhood meeting for the proposed project and will take place virtually via a Zoom webinar at 5 p.m. Monday, May 2. The project site is 0.67 acres (29,185 square feet) in size and is located between South St. and Phelps St., east of S. Wilcox St.

The purpose of this neighborhood meeting is to share the proposed project, gather and understand feedback, and answer any questions you may have. Within this notice, you will find a vicinity map and site plan for the proposal. 


Project Information

Eternal Rock Evangelical Lutheran Church would like to add new landscaping to the property as well as change the parking lot entrance on the south side of the building. Also, the church is proposing a permanent 8 x 40-foot storage container on the east side to be painted to match the building. Please see the attachment for more details.
