You are cordially invited to our neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed Site Development Plan (SDP) in your area, known as, “Avilla at Founders Village”. This is the second neighborhood meeting for this proposed project and will take place at 6:30 p.m. MDT on Thursday, Jan. 20, 2022. The purpose of the meetings is to provide an overview of the current proposal, answer any questions, and listen to feedback. This meeting is the second of at least three neighborhood meetings required prior to scheduling any public hearings. You may participate in this meeting in-person or virtually via a Zoom webinar.
The Avilla at Founders Village project is located at the northwest corner of Mikelson Boulevard and Mitchell Street consisting of a total of 9.3 acres of land.
