Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Mike and Jenn Kelly for a Use by Special Review to convert the basement of the home into an accessory dwelling unit. The proposal calls for an expansion of 100 square feet. Any new accessory dwelling unit that results in the expansion of the home requires approval from Town Council through the Use by Special Review process. Public hearings before the Planning Commission and Town Council will be required.


A public hearing into said application will be held before the Planning Commission on Jan. 13, 2022 at 6 p.m. and at Town Council on Jan. 18, 2022 at 6 p.m. (Times are approximate). All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearings.
