Hybrid Neighborhood Meeting: Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022, 6:00 p.m.
Dear Neighbor,
You are cordially invited to our neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed project in your area, known as, “Founders Vista”. This is the third neighborhood meeting for this proposed project and will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022 at 6:00 PM MDT. You may participate in this meeting in-person or virtually via a zoom webinar.
Proposal
The Founders Vista project comprises four applications.
- A rezoning of 175.5 acres of the Memmen Young Planned Development to allow for 333 single family detached homes and 114 paired homes (228 units). The current zoning allows for 428 single family detached homes and 476 multifamily units.
- An annexation of a 5-acre parcel located in the middle of the Memmen Young Planned Development to be incorporated into the amended Planned Development.
- A Site Development Plan for 180.5 acres for 333 single family detached homes and 110 paired homes (220 units).
- A skyline/ridge line variance to allow 14 units to encroach into the major ridge line no build area.

Information for Those Attending Virtually:
- The neighborhood meeting will be held online using a Zoom webinar.
- All virtual participants will automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting
- Questions will be held until the end of the initial presentation by the project team

- The project team will work down the list of questions and raised hands in order and activate the user’s audio one at a time to allow them to speak
