You are cordially invited to our neighborhood meeting regarding Use by Special Review – Accessory Dwelling Unit at 5069 Bear Paw Drive. This is the first neighborhood meeting for this proposed project and will take place on Thursday, Dec. 2, 2021 at 6:00 PM. You may participate in this meeting virtually via a WebEx webinar.
To convert the basement of the home into an accessory dwelling unit. The proposal calls for an expansion of 100 square feet. Any new accessory dwelling unit that results in the expansion of the home requires approval from Town Council, through the Use by Special Review process. Public hearings before the Planning Commission and Town Council will be required.
