Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado – HYBRID MEETING 


Hybrid Historic Preservation Board Meeting:  Dec. 1, 2021, 6 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a sunroom addition located on Lot 10A, Craig and Gould’s Addition to Castle Rock 13th Amendment, Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado (399 N. Gilbert St, “Davey Daycare”). The application proposes to add an approximately 300 square foot sunroom on to the rear of the building, adjacent to the parking lot.  All proposed new construction within the Craig and Gould’s neighborhood require approval from the Historic Preservation Board. This item was continued from the Oct. 6 Historic Preservation Board meeting.

 

The applicant held two neighborhood meetings.


Pursuant to Resolutions 2020-122 and 2021-060 as approved by Town Council, a hybrid public hearing on said application will be held before the Historic Preservation Board at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2021.  Attached is a vicinity map, proposed plan, and  elevations. Copies of all application materials are available for inspection at the Development Services Department, 100 N.
