You are cordially invited to our neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed Planned Development Plan (PDP) Amendment and Site Development Plan (SDP) in your area for a project known as “Bella Mesa”. This is the first neighborhood meeting for this proposed project and will take place on Monday, Oct. 25, 2021 at 6:00 PM MDT. The purpose of the meeting is to describe the PDP Amendment, introduce the conceptual site plan, answer any questions, and invite feedback and participation. The Bella Mesa project is generally located northeast of Mesa Middle School consisting of approximately 197 acres of land. This meeting is the first of at least three neighborhood meetings required prior to scheduling any public hearings. You may participate in this meeting in-person or virtually via a Zoom Webinar.
The proposed PDP Amendment would allow a 10% density increase within the R-SF Use Area, increasing the maximum number of units from 525 to 577.
The development anticipates a total of 577 single-family dwelling units along with associated site improvements including roadway infrastructure, drainage and utilities, landscaping, trails, open space, and recreational amenities.
