Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a Site Development Plan for Promenade Apartments, located within Promenade at Castle Rock shopping center, Planning Area 3. Forum Investment Group is proposing a multi-family residential project consisting of four residential buildings, each of which would be four to five stories with a total of 300 apartments across all buildings. In addition, there will be a clubhouse with leasing office, pool, and other amenities. The proposed project has a parking ratio of 1.75 spaces per unit (526 spaces total), with parking consisting of a mix of attached and detached garages, covered stalls, and surface stalls.

Previous neighborhood meetings regarding the proposed Site Development Plan occurred virtually on Jan. 27, 2021 and March 24, 2021. The third virtual neighborhood meeting is scheduled for July 19, 2021.

Pursuant to Resolutions 2020-044 and 2020-045 as approved by Town Council, a hybrid public hearing on said application will be held before the Planning Commission on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. Public comments are encouraged.

In-Person
Planning Commission will hold an in-person public hearing on said application on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, Town Council Chambers – 2nd Floor, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado.

Virtual
As an alternative to attending the in-person public hearing, pursuant to Resolutions 2020-044 and 2020-045 as approved by Town Council, you may virtually participate in the Planning Commission public hearing. Please use any of the following options to join virtually:
