Virtual Neighborhood Meeting:  Monday, June 21, 2021, 6:00 p.m.

 
Dear Neighbor:

You are cordially invited to a virtual neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed new clubhouse at the Plum Creek Golf Course. This meeting represents the second required neighborhood meeting and will take place Monday, June 21, 2021 at 6:00 pm Mountain Time via a Zoom Meeting. This notice is going to all landowners within 500’ of the project site.

Project Narrative:
The original clubhouse at Plum Creek has been sold and converted into a wedding venue. A new clubhouse is needed to facilitate golfing operations.

DLH Architecture, LLC is working with Southwest Greens on the development of their golf shop at Plum Creek. An initial neighborhood meeting was held on March 29, 2021. The project has been submitted and is in the review process with the Town. We are requesting feedback during the review process of the Site Plan Amendment to the Town.

Virtual Meeting Participation Process:
The project presentation will be made by the project team, followed by an opportunity for questions and answers from the audience. In order to keep the meeting running smoothly, the following ground rules will be observed:

  • All participants may be automatically muted upon entry to the meeting
  • Panelists, including the Developer, Architect, and Town staff will have video/audio available in order to make the presentation and answer questions
  • Questions may be held until the end of the initial presentation by the project team
    • To ask questions using the computer keyboard, please use the chat function to type in and submit your question.
    • To ask a question verbally, please use the "Raise Hand" function in Zoom. This is done by clicking on the "Participants" icon at the bottom of your screen, then clicking on the "Raise Hand" button
    • For those on the phone with audio only, to raise your hand, please hit *9 on the dial pad
  • Please be aware that there may be many attendees wanting to speak so try to keep your comments focused and concise so that as many people as possible can participate in the limited meeting time period
