Virtual Planning Commission Meeting:  Thursday, March 25, 2021

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a Site Development Plan (SDP) for Lots 1, 4, 5, most of Lot 6, Block 4, Castle Oaks; and a portion of Lot 11, Block 3, Castle Oaks; and most of Tract A, Castle Oaks, Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado, to be known as Terrain North Basin Village Phase 1. The application is for a 95-lot single family development on approximately 71.01 acres, currently vacant land, located at 1688 Castle Oaks Drive, Castle Rock, CO 80104.

Previous neighborhood meetings regarding the SDP proposal occurred virtually on Feb. 25, 2020 and Aug. 4, 2020. The final neighborhood meeting is scheduled for March 18, 2021.

Pursuant to Resolutions 2020-044 and 2020-045 as approved by Town Council, a virtual public hearing on said application will be held before the Planning Commission on March 25, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. Public comments are encouraged.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be held remotely with no in-person attendance. If you would like to participate in the virtual public hearing, please use any of the following options:

Planning Commission hearing will be posted no later than close of business Thursday, March 18, 2021
