Dear Neighbor,
We hope you are able to attend the video conference meeting to discuss a Use by Special Review for a proposed Accessory Dwelling Unit at 1750 Wild Rye Ct. Please see the instructions below on how to join the meeting and to participate in the discussion. If you are unable to attend this neighborhood meeting, but would like to submit written comments, please send them to Scott Weyand or Brad Boland at the addresses listed below by Feb. 4 to allow time for potential responses at the neighborhood meeting.

Public Hearings are required before the Town’s Planning Commission and Town Council, which have not yet been scheduled. The purpose of this meeting is to allow the applicant an opportunity to present the proposed project, gather feedback, and address any questions you may have. The applicant and a Town planner will attend this meeting to answer questions about this proposal and about the Municipal Code requirements and public hearing process for this Use by Special Review.

Project Information:
This project proposes to build an addition to the existing property. The new addition will total 624 square feet above and below ground. Please see the attachments for more details.

Due to recommended COVID precautions and social distancing requirements, this will be a virtual meeting, held remotely. If you are unable to attend this meeting, yet have questions or comments about this project, please contact Scott Weyand (the property owner) at the contact information below, by Feb. 4.

A project presentation will be made by the property owner, followed by an opportunity for questions and answers from the audience. In order to keep the meeting running smoothly, the following ground rules will be observed: 

  • All participants will automatically have their video/audio turned off upon entry to the meeting
  • Panelists, including Developer and Town staff, will have video/audio available in order to make the presentation and answer questions
  • Questions will be held until the end of the initial presentation by the Developer
  • Please be aware that there may be many attendees wanting to speak, so try to keep your comments focused and concise so that as many people as possible can participate during the limited meeting time period
  • Please be aware that the meeting will be recorded to ensure an accurate record of comments and questions about the project
