Notice is hereby given that Aaron and Nicole Holdaway (Owners) have made application for and is requesting approval of a Use by Special Review for an Accessory Dwelling Unit at 10 Circle Drive.
A public hearing into said application will be held before the Planning Commission on
Nov. 12, 2020 at 6 p.m. and at Town Council on Nov. 17, 2020 at 6 p.m. (Times are approximate). All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearings.

Town Council Public Hearing Instructions
As of June 16, 2020, Town Council meetings are being held in both an in-person and remote format, in accordance with the Town Council Meeting Special Procedures During Declared Disasters. Public may choose to attend in person at Town Hall, or electronically or by phone if preferred - remote participation is encouraged. This project proposes to pop the top of the existing garage and to construct an accessory dwelling unit over the existing garage. The new addition will total 520 square feet.
