Notice is hereby given that Aaron and Nicole Holdaway (Owners) have made application for and is requesting approval of a Use by Special Review for an Accessory Dwelling Unit at 10 Circle Drive.

A public hearing into said application will be held before the Planning Commission on
Nov. 12, 2020 at 6 p.m. and at Town Council on Nov. 17, 2020 at 6 p.m. (Times are approximate). All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearings.

Planning Commission Public Hearing Instructions
Pursuant to Resolutions 2020-044 and 2020-045, as approved by Town Council, a virtual public hearing on said application will be held before the Planning Commission on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 6 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be held remotely with no in-person attendance. If you would like to participate in the Planning Commission public hearing, please use one of the options below:

Project Description

This project proposes to pop the top of the existing garage and to construct an accessory dwelling unit over the existing garage. The new addition will total 520 square feet.
