Learn to Save a Life

CPR teaches students the basic skills of adult, child and infant CPR in accordance with the American Heart Association (AHA). CRFD offers community classes, as well as classes for private groups of six or more by request.

The next AHA Heartsaver Community CPR/AED class will be:

• Saturday, March 26, 2022
• 8:30 am to Noon
• Fire Headquarters
  300 Perry Street
• $60 per person

Heartsaver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory (for example, OSHA) or other requirements. These courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.

Registration and full payment must be received by end of business Tuesday, March 22, 2022.

The price includes a non-refundable $20 deposit. Any attendee who cancels less than three days prior to the class will receive a partial refund (payment minus the non-refundable deposit). A full refund will be granted for any course canceled by CRFD.

Registration can be completed at Fire Headquarters, 300 Perry Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104, or by mailing a check payable to "Town of Castle Rock" to that address. Your full name, an email, and a phone number needs to be provided to be fully registered.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider CPR

BLS CPR classes geared to those in the healthcare profession are offered and scheduled on an as-needed basis. While these classes are typically limited to healthcare professionals, community members may enroll if there is space available.
