Full-day camps
Athletics & Adventure | Multisport (ages 5-8 or 9-14)
Multisport is designed for youth ages 5-8 and 9-14 and will offer each camper an opportunity to experience a different sport each day. Multisport is engineered to appeal to youth who are interested in a full week of sports and/or learning a new sport. Campers will participate in small and large group instruction broken down by age and ability. Daily activities include drills, and scrimmages. Sports offered include soccer, flag football, lacrosse, baseball/softball, and kickball.
After a fun filled morning of sports, campers will transition inside for miscellaneous games and activities, followed by daily swimming in our indoor leisure pool. Detailed calendars of activities will be sent out weekly to participants.
Athletics & Adventure | RockRec Camp (ages 5-14)
RockRec offers a unique balance of a traditional day camp experience in the familiar setting of our beautiful and safe 300-acre Philip S. Miller Park. With a combination of outstanding amenities, exciting programming and energetic counselors, our structured and fun day camp will be the perfect place for your child.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with RockRec are exactly alike. The day will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities that may include the following:

The Great Outdoors (ages 10-15)
The Great Outdoors camp takes advantage of the sprawling 300-acre Philip S. Miller Park. This regional park includes the Miller Activity Complex (MAC), Millhouse, Amphitheater, Challenge Hill, Ziplines, Adventure Tower, Sky Trek, Adventure Playground area, as well as, over 10 miles of hiking and biking trails.
Each day of camp brings a new and exciting adventure for campers, as no two days with the Great Outdoors Camp are exactly alike. Tweens & teens experience outdoor adventures challenging them to try something new while growing outside their comfort zone.Nothing builds self-confidence like mastering new and challenging activities. Counselors will educate the campers about the beauty and power of the great outdoors while encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle. The day will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities planned to include the following:

Summer Jedi and Fencing Training Camp
In the morning, join the Jedi ranks and become a hero! Participants train their minds and body to become the greatest heroes of all time to save the universe from evil Sith warriors! Jedi trainees will wield lightsabers in theatrical fighting, participate in strength and agility training, learn Jedi lore and history and put together a massive battle.

In the afternoon, campers learn the history of fencing, footwork and blade work including the parry and riposte. Coaches provide level-appropriate instruction for all beginner and intermediate fencers. Fencing equipment is included in the class fee.
Athletics & Adventure | Gold Medal Camps (full- or half-day option)
Gold Medal Camps are designed to provide each athlete an opportunity to experience a different sport each week. It is engineered to appeal to athletes who are looking to develop their skills and personal development in a competitive environment. Each week athletes will focus on one sport and participate in small and large group instruction broken down by age and ability. Daily activities will include drills, games, scrimmages and coach instruction. Sports offered include basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, inline hockey, soccer, baseball, softball, cheerleading, and flag football.
Typical morning at camp:
- 8:30 to 9 a.m. - Campers arrive
- 9 to 9:30 a.m. - Warm up / stretching
- 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. - Lessons, small group instruction, drills
- 10:30 a.m. to noon - Small sided games and / or scrimmaging
- noon to 12:30 p.m. - Camper pick-up for half-day campers. Full day campers transition to lunch and then indoors at MAC
Camp full day programming runs 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Camp pickup will always be at the Miller Activity Complex.
Half-day Camps
Adventure Club Preschool Camp
Your child will have a blast in our fun-filled environment as they participate in music, arts and crafts, games, drama, science and more based around our camp themes.
Adventure Club is a state-licensed program and all participants must have an immunization record, health statement signed by a doctor and registration packet on file.
Inspire to Learn & Imagine-Summer Camps
Inspire to Learn & Imagine half-day camps offer a safe place for kids to enjoy playing, learning and creating. During camps we work on special projects, play games, and engage in challenges and contests. Children explore concepts of science, history, engineering, art and math while having lots of fun imagining and creating! These camps are held at the Castle Rock Recreation Center.

KidZArt® Summer Camps
Art Spans Time
Get creative with friends this summer at KidzArt! Explore art, fashion, architecture and people throughout history. Students will develop a positive “stick with it” attitude and problem-solving skills as they experience our unique and fun teaching approach. Each enrollment includes all materials needed to create at least three projects a day during camp. Kids will explore a wide variety of art mediums including watercolor, acrylic paint, collage, clay sculpture, fabric, 3-D projects and more.

ART and TRAVEL collide this week at KidzArt Summer ART Camp! Enjoy a week of exploration and adventure as we travel our big, beautiful country and discover awe-inspiring vacation destinations! National parks, The White House, native creatures, and historical landmarks are just a few of the fun images and projects that will come to life this week. Each enrollment includes all materials needed to create at least three projects a day during camp. Kids will explore a wide variety of art mediums including watercolor, acrylic paint, collage, clay sculpture, fabric, 3-D projects and more.

Soccer Buddies Summer Camps
Kick off your Spring and Summer with Soccer Buddies day camps!
We run day camps at local parks around the city for children aged 4 to 12 years from 9 a.m.-noon. Drop your kids off for a day of fun, exercise and team building.
Our high-energy coaches will develop their soccer skills and their love for physical fitness. We know parenting can be a juggle, so we’re all about making it easy. Pick the days that suit you with pay-by-the-day options. Drop and go, knowing your kids will have a blast in safe and experienced hands.

Specialty Camps and Clinics
The Town offers several classes or clinics that only happen when school is out. These are perfect for families looking for more flexibility than the typical full or half day camp or for kids looking for a unique experience. Specialty Camps include experiences like art, dance, pottery, science and youth technology, but have limited sessions during the summer or seasonal school breaks. Our Therapeutic Recreation program also now offers both a Kidz' and Teen Summer C.A.M.P.
