Passionate about swimming? Consider joining our team and working in a fun environment. Castle Rock Parks and Recreation is seeking dedicated lifeguards. Benefits include a free MAC or Recreation Center membership for you and your family, free childcare for children ages 7 and under, flexible hours, and reimbursement for certification classes after 90 days of employment.

Lifeguard and CPR Certifications

The Aquatics Department offers certification for becoming a lifeguard and community CPR and first aid. Completing our Lifeguard Training does not guarantee employment. Applying for a lifeguard position with the Town requires a separate application process. Apply today.
