Practicing outdoors adds a different dimension to one’s yoga practice. Yoga means “union” and when practiced outside, you can experience union with nature, humanity and the universe. Being outside deepens the yoga experience in many ways and helps you to focus awareness, breathe deeply and practice stillness.
Please join Inner Connections Yoga at the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park Sundays to find deeper meaning to your yoga workout.
