Challenge yourself and your friends by conquering the 200-stair Challenge Hill or try out the new and fun fitness formats during Fitness Fridays - each week a new exercise format is highlighted. You can even relax and unwind with Yoga in the Park each Sunday morning.

Practicing outdoors adds a different dimension to one’s yoga practice. Yoga means “union” and when practiced outside, you can experience union with nature, humanity and the universe. Being outside deepens the yoga experience in many ways and helps you to focus awareness, breathe deeply and practice stillness.
