Summer Fitness Events

Come get a great workout and enjoy the great outdoors with the Town's Summer Fitness Series.

Free fitness opportunities are open to all fitness levels and all ages

Challenge yourself and your friends by conquering the 200-stair Challenge Hill at Philip S. Miller Park, or try a new fitness format during our free Fitness Fridays where each week a new exercise format is highlighted. You can even recharge with free Yoga in the Park on Sunday mornings in Philip S. Miller Park or Monday evenings at Festival Park.

New 'Take it Outside' fitness series

These classes are an extension of the group fitness offerings that are included with your membership or daily admission, giving everyone a chance to be energized by the fresh air and be in nature. Offered at three locations throughout the summer; The Amphitheater and the FitGround areas at Philip S. Miller Park or at Bison Park.

Fitness fundraising event

Plus, don't miss our fall outdoor fitness fundraising event, the Dance Glow Party on Sept. 16, which supports our Therapeutic Recreation Program.

Fitness Fridays are for everyone! Open to all levels of fitness, this series offers a variety of formats taught by our amazing fitness staff! Bring your whole family. Fitness Friday classes are FREE and registration is not required.
