Summer Fitness Events

Come get a great workout and enjoy the great outdoors with the Town's Summer Fitness Series. These free fitness opportunities are open to all fitness levels and all ages.

Challenge yourself and your friends by conquering the 200-stair Challenge Hill at Philip S. Miller Park, or try a new fitness format during Fitness Fridays. Each week a new exercise format will be highlighted. You can even recharge with Yoga in the Park on Sunday mornings in Philip S. Miller Park or Monday evenings at Festival Park.

The important thing is to get a great workout and get energized by the fresh air and nature!

Fitness Fridays are for everyone! Open to all levels of fitness, this series offers a variety of formats taught by our amazing fitness staff. Bring your whole family. Fitness Friday classes are free and registration is not required.
