Blues and crawfish boil night!
David Gerald, the son of rural Mississippi born and raised parents, grew up to the sounds of the blues and R&B music in his hometown, Detroit. He's the youngest of 11 children, 6 of whom were born and partly raised in Mississippi.
Gerald, whose dynamic, blues-infused rock and soul hybrid has been captivating audiences across the country for over a decade. He started playing guitar at 14, influenced by Prince and '80s rock guitarists.
What goes better with the blues then crawfish? We will have several hundred pounds of crawfish, but get there early, as it will sell out!
Tusk is the number one Tribute to Fleetwood Mac in the world, bar none. No wigs, no backing tracks, no gimmicks, just five musicians recreating the music of Fleetwood Mac to perfection with note for note renditions that no other Fleetwood Mac tribute on the touring scene today can come close to duplicating.
Tusk covers all the great hits of Fleetwood Mac, which has featured the talents of Mick Fleetwood, Christine and John McVie, Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks and others over the years. The five seasoned, well-respected musicians comprising Tusk have been making music together in various combinations and styles, in original outfits and in cover bands, for over twenty-five years.
Plus, you won't want to miss Castle Rock's own Castle View High School Marching Band joining Tusk for an encore performance of Fleetwood Mac's hit songs "Tusk" and "Don't Stop".
