Looking for a lower impact fitness class? You might also be interested in taking your workout to the pool. We offer a variety of aqua fitness classes to meet a variety of fitness levels.

Specialty Fitness Classes

The Town offers a variety of unique a specific fitness classes for a wide rage of interests. These classes are offered at both the Recreation Center and Miller Activity Complex and will really get you sweating.

Specialty fitness classes are not included in passes or daily admission at either facility. Class listings are also updated three times a year. More information on current class offerings is available.

Need some help getting started?

Sign up for a free weight room orientation. Our staff will show you how to use the equipment in the facility safely and properly. You might also benefit from personal training. We staff a team of nationally certified and experienced trainers who are here to help you safely and effectively reach your goals.
