You might also benefit from personal training. We staff a team of nationally certified and experienced trainers who are here to help you safely and effectively reach your goals.
Weight room orientation
Let one of our certified personal trainers teach you how to use our equipment safely and effectively. Get started on your fitness goals knowing you are exercising properly. Each orientation will take 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the number of participants, and will go over the circuit weight equipment and cardiovascular machines. Orientations are free, but registration is required.
Registration closes 24 hours before the orientation is scheduled to start and will be limited to six participants.
