Come for a day of fun, food prizes and sports. This annual youth triathlon is for young athletes ages five to 18. From kids who have never even heard of a triathlon to seasoned competitive triathletes, Tri the Rock encourages kids to get out and give it a try.

Visit with swim teams, triathlon clubs and sport-related vendors while picking up your Tri the Rock packet.

This is a great opportunity to share details about your organization. More than 400 participants are expected to be picking up their packets that day. Interested in reserving a free booth? for more information.
Tri the Rock now competes based on the athlete’s age as of race day. Be sure to register accordingly. A race for 15-18 year olds was added to this year’s line-up!
